Book Fair

Book Fair is rapidly approaching. It starts December 2nd and runs until December 9th. My kit came on Friday and I've been going through and pulling all the great ideas out. One thing I started for the first time is the Pencil Pull. It is pictured here. So far it's been a rousing success. Students love to see if they get the pencil that has the red mark on the bottom. Right now, they get a free poster of their choosing from past Scholastic Book Fairs if they win.

I'm also going to try a Bingo For Books in conjunction with the Book Fair. I'm anxious to see how it goes. I've never hosted my own parent event before. Wish me luck!
